Cactus Cove

"The house is beautiful, in a quiet neighborhood, and had plenty of entertainment for our family, which we really enjoyed. However, check-in was difficult due to the previous guests leaving the home in poor condition, and we weren’t able to get in on time with a car full of groceries and four restless kids. The pool wasn’t clean, though we cleaned it enough to use. We also paid $250 to have it heated, which doesn’t make sense with back-to-back bookings, but glad we did because of the weather. There were a few issues during our stay—curtains were pulled down in several rooms, no cleaning supplies were available, and we couldn’t get the hot tub jets or grill to work. On our last day, a random man entered the backyard to clean the pool without any prior notice, which startled the kids. And we weren’t able to arrange late checkout 24hrs prior. Tony was responsive and tried to help, but some information wasn’t accurate, and an instruction guide for the home would have been very helpful."

"I choose the Hideout for my bachelor trip and had a great time. The house was amazing and looked consistent with the pictures in the listing. There was also a ton of fun things to do around the house without even needing to leave. Additionally, Tony was a terrific host. He had the best communication of any host I've had. He was very proactive with communications and super quick to respond to any questions both before and during the stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd definitely stay at Tony's properties in the future."

"This was the best AirBnB stay we've ever had! Such a beautiful home that has been designed and curated to help families and friends create special memories. The thoughtful details made us not want to leave the house. Tony was kind, super-responsive, and you could tell he genuinely wanted to help make our event special. We hosted an outdoor movie screening birthday party here for my 13 year old daughter and it was a blast. Between the heated pool, hot tub, movie set up, basketball court, game room, lego nook (fun for kids of all ages), and the "aesthetic" photo-worthy design details everywhere - the girls had so much fun. Tony's commitment to providing a 5 star experience, service, and accommodations was truly impressive. We'll definitely stay here again!"
